SHENU Restorative Khametic Yoga is Queen Mother Imakhu's personally developed, fully comprehensive program including the Khametic yoga poses, language, Mdw NTR (hieroglyphs), lore, metaphysics, prayers, invocations, cultural application and history. This is a gentle, restorative practice that includes chair yoga. There is no pressure or body shaming. Nightly Zoom classes are available on weeknights, once a week (your choice), 7-8:30 ET, $100 a month. Private classes also available.
